TERMS:

All sales shall be cash unless an account has been established prior to shipment. For established accounts, terms are 2% 10 days; net 30 from date of shipment. All past due accounts will be charged a service charge of 1 1/2% per month on all unpaid balance until paid (18% per annum).

Order Cancellations will not be accepted after December 1st.

CLAIMS:

All claims for plants damaged in transit must be reported and filed directly with the carrier. All other claims must be reported to J&L NURSERY CO.  within 10 days of receipt of shipment. J&L NURSERY CO. shall not be liable for any sum greater than the value of the original plants purchased. Claims will be adjusted at the discretion of J&L NURSERY CO.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

Grade size adjustments up or down may have to be made to conform to our crop due to seasonal growing conditions beyond our control. Customers requesting no substitutions must indicate so on their order.

UPC BARCODING:

All J&L Plants will come with barcodes on the strip labels. Our UCC Vendor Code is 7-47231. All Plants will be coded with the product code as the first three numbers.
